SalaryNegotiableLocationCity of London, London, UKContractPermanentIndustryLegalContactCece JoyceCece.Joyce@oliverjames.com Technology Enablement Partner – Legal Technology, AI & AutomationLondon | Hybrid workingI’m working with a leading UK law firm looking to appoint a Technology Enablement Partner to join its growing Technology function.This is a senior, business-facing role that will act as a key bridge between Technology, the firm’s legal practice groups and its business services teams.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the firm to understand their priorities, identify opportunities and shape practical solutions using technology, AI and automation.Key responsibilities:Building trusted relationships with legal practice groups and business teamsIdentifying where technology, AI and automation could improve business outcomesTranslating business challenges into clear solution options and recommendationsHelping teams maximise the value of existing technologyAssessing new requests and determining the appropriate delivery routeWorking closely with Change, Business Analysis and Technology colleaguesSupporting solutions through delivery, adoption and value realisationContributing to the firm’s wider technology and innovation communityThis is not a hands-on development role. However, you will need sufficient technical understanding to discuss solutions credibly, recognise what is possible and translate effectively between business stakeholders and technical specialists.The ideal candidate will bring:Experience in technology business partnering, legal innovation, digital transformation, product or solutions-focused rolesStrong stakeholder-management, communication and influencing skillsExperience identifying business problems and shaping technology-enabled solutionsAn understanding of AI, automation, low-code/no-code tools or emerging technologyThe ability to operate effectively between business and technical teamsA pragmatic, collaborative and commercially focused approachExperience within a law firm or wider professional-services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing function and play a visible role in helping the firm turn ideas into practical, valuable outcomes.Please apply or contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
