Payroll Specialist

Payroll Administrator, (ADP Specialist) Remote 08:30- 17:15 Monday – Friday 2–6-month FTC £dependent on experience As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will be performing vital Payroll tasks as they merge systems throughout the business. If you are detail-oriented, proactive and have previously work on payroll using ADP software, this is the perfect contract for you. Job role / duties ·        Prepare and validate payroll inputs for multiple European countries. ·        Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. ·        Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records within HR systems. ·        Review and administer time and attendance data, absences, and payroll-related changes. ·        Respond to employee payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner. ·        Support payroll reporting, compliance activities, audits, and month-end processes. ·        Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll colleagues across UK and Europe to ensure efficient payroll operations. ·        Contribute to payroll and HR process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. To be considered you MUST: ·        Have previous experience in Payroll Administration. ·        Be experienced with ADP Payroll Software ·        Have knowledge of outsourced payroll providers. ·        Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. ·        Have good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. ·        Be able to manage confidential information with discretion. ·        Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·        Possess fluent verbal & written English language skills  This role is being advertised by the Telford office of Ethero, where you will find access to both permanent and temporary employment across a wide range of job sectors covering the whole of Shropshire.
