Senior Transaction Tax Director - M&A & Restructuring

Saffery Champness is seeking an experienced Transaction Tax Director to join our Corporate Tax team. This senior role will advise clients across M&A, reorganisations, refinancing, and structuring. You will lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and help grow our transaction tax offering. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CTA and significant PQE in transaction tax, with strong UK tax technical expertise and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across offices.
