We’re looking for a customer focussed, empathetic Arrears Officer to join our Special Servicing Team in our Ipswich office. This is a great opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, including major banks and specialist lenders, while supporting customers through important financial journeys. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing post-completion servicing activities, ensuring everything is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Experienced in delivering excellent customer service. A true team player who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to support colleagues. Experience in mortgages, lending, or specialist finance.
