In-House Operator

Location: Northampton
Contract: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
We are looking for an organised and reliable Operator to support production activities within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in a varied and hands-on role.
    
Key Responsibilities
 
 Supporting day-to-day production operations
Managing materials, stock and production records
Maintaining accurate system updates and documentation
Assisting with quality and process checks
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and organised
Following health, safety and environmental procedures
Supporting continuous improvement and general operational tasks   
About You
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Comfortable using computer systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial
