They are looking for a senior engineer ready to step into genuine technical leadership on live projects, lead packages from concept through to construction, and be the point of contact for clients and contractors.

You will own your work. Not in the way firms sometimes describe ownership to make a support role sound better, but actually own it: design decisions, client liaison, site queries, team coordination. The projects are London-based and varied, the culture is collaborative and direct, and the expectation is that you bring real experience to the table.

The practice is growing and there is a clear route to associate level for someone who performs. Salary is between 56,000 and 74,000.
