Must haves
* Previous experience as a General Manager within the motor trade
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
* Proven experience managing financial performance and delivering business growth

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

So, what will you be doing?
* Leading the day-to-day operations of multiple dealership departments
* Taking full accountability for financial performance across sales, aftersales, and parts functions
* Coaching and developing leadership teams to achieve operational and commercial targets
* Creating and delivering strategies to achieve growth, profit, and performance objectives
* Producing accurate forecasts, reports, and business performance updates
* Driving exceptional customer satisfaction across all departments
* Ensuring compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements
* Using business data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and address challenges
