Senior Quality Engineer

Senior Quality Engineer Tewkesbury £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits Would you like to join an established electronics manufacturing business in a senior Quality role where you can make a real impact on product quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement? This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to take a visible leadership role across the manufacturing operation, working closely with Production, Engineering and customers to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved. You'll lead the Quality Inspection Team, take ownership of complex quality issues and have the confidence to challenge where standards are not being met, driving a strong right-first-time and zero-defect culture across the site. Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer will include: Leading the Quality Inspection Team and driving a right-first-time culture Managing customer quality issues, non-conformances and corrective actions Supporting audits and presenting findings to customers, auditors and senior leaders Using quality data and KPIs to identify risks and reduce defects, rework and scrap Coaching Quality Engineers and Inspectors while driving continuous improvementThe successful Senior Quality Engineer will have: Quality Engineering experience, ideally within electronics or high-reliability manufacturing Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, including audits and customer quality requirements Strong root cause and corrective action experience, with excellent communication and leadership skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leader in their field.
