About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join C8 at a pivotal time as we prepare to relocate to our new purpose-built facility at Normandie Industrial Estate.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands‑on individual to take ownership of our stores operation. You'll be responsible for ensuring stock, materials and equipment are managed efficiently while developing and implementing systems and processes that support the continued growth of the business.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact. We want someone who will take initiative, identify improvements, embrace technology and work closely with colleagues across the business to create a stores function that is efficient, reliable and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload deliveries, checking incoming goods for damage and verifying contents against invoices and purchase orders
- Manage goods in/out processes and maintain accurate inventory records using computerised systems
- Organise and maintain stock within designated storage areas, carrying out regular stocktakes and monitoring stock levels
- Dispatch materials, equipment, and tools to workforce teams across multiple sites
- Assist with delivery driving and distribution of materials as required
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Forklift licence or experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
