- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executive management, and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and programme outcomes.
- Represent Linxon at senior stakeholder meetings, industry forums, and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to identify and resolve project execution challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
Experience Required
- Significant experience in senior portfolio or programme management roles within the electrical infrastructure sector, with proven expertise in high‑voltage substations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong track record of successful delivery of complex programmes, ideally in a senior director capacity.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline; a master's degree or equivalent senior qualification is highly desirable.
