Export Logistics Executive £30,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Excellent Benefits Grays (Commutable from: Tilbury, Basildon, Gravesend, Dartford, Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Romford, Rainham) Are you an Export Logistics Executive looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with consistent 9-5 hours? Do you have experience producing export documentation and handling customs entries within freight forwarding? This is a secure, permanent position where you can focus on doing the job properly in a steady office-based environment-no shifts, no weekend working, just a clear routine and a supportive team around you. The company, who are an established freight forwarding and logistics business (AEO accredited), have a strong track record and due to continued success and growth, are now looking to add to them Export team. Working from their head office, you'll raise export documentation, arrange bookings and collections, liaise with key stakeholders, complete customs declarations, manage invoicing, and support post-delivery processes. This role suits a person motivated by stability and job satisfaction-someone who enjoys a structured day, consistent hours, and being a dependable part of a close-knit operations team. The Role: Raising export documentation and completing customs entries within export freight operations. Arranging bookings/collections, liaising with stakeholders, and managing invoicing/post-delivery activities. Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, on-site office roleThe Person: Proven background in export freight operations (freight forwarding/logistics). Experience producing export documentation and completing customs declarations, including CNS and Destin8.
