Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Fixed Term Contract – 8 Weeks) Location: Salford Priors, Evesham, WR11 8SW Pay Rate: £23.00 - £27.00 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: Temporary Fixed-Term Contract (8 Weeks) Hours: Full-Time, On-Site Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Essential Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a growing business based in Evesham on an 8-week fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data manipulation and reporting skills to support business decision-making across e-commerce, production, warehouse, CRM and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Analyse, cleanse and manipulate large datasets from multiple business systems. Extract and interpret data from CRM and ERP platforms. Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports. Produce meaningful business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions. Analyse e-commerce performance data and identify trends and opportunities. Create reporting solutions for production and warehouse operations. Work with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position. Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills. Strong experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports. Experience working with CRM and ERP systems. Excellent Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. Desirable: Experience within e-commerce, manufacturing, production or warehouse environments. Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools. Experience integrating data from multiple business systems. What's on Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £23.00 - £27.00 per hour.
