About you Minimum of 7+ years post-qualified experience gained in consulting or corporate role Strong expertise in organisational design, change management, and HR strategy Proven track record in managing large-scale change programmes and operating model design Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and Prosci (desirable) Degree educated with strong analytical and project management abilities Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with HR technology / ERP systems (preferred) What you'll do Lead and deliver complex HR and organisational change projects, ensuring strategic alignment Manage multidisciplinary teams and project budgets to achieve high-quality outcomes Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive transformation initiatives Engage with diverse stakeholders across sectors, fostering strong relationships Contribute to practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing Support the design and delivery of HR operating models, workforce planning, and culture reviews For further information on this role, apply via the link or contact the recruitment office for a confidential chat today.
