And as we continue to break records across countries, channels and categories, we’re looking for extraordinary talent to join us.About the RoleWe’re excited to be recruiting for a Finance Analyst – UKPP & ANZ.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their finance career who is keen to develop their commercial finance experience within a fast-paced, growing business. The role will focus on OPEX business partnering and provide exposure to month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across the UKPP and ANZ regions.As a Finance Analyst - UKPP & ANZ, you will: Work with the Marketing, VM, PR, Store Design and Training teams to ensure budgets and reforecasts reflect the latest business plans and trading performanceIdentify and communicate risks and opportunities within the forecastSupport post-investment appraisals and ROI analysis for commercially approved initiativesMaintain accurate cost and purchase order trackers, working with the Shared Services team to monitor invoices, accruals and prepaymentsCo-ordinate monthly review meetings with budget holders to ensure expenditure is recognised accurately and on timePrepare month-end commentary packs presenting actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year for senior managementWork with the Shared Services team to validate month-end journal postings and ensure the accuracy of the accountsPrepare and post recharge journals to ensure costs and other financial entries are recorded accuratelyWork with business partners and the Accounts Payable team to complete the monthly Travel and Entertainment reconciliationApprove POs and enforce the PO policy, providing training to new starters and ensuring teams adhere to the policySupport internal and external audit requests by providing accurate and timely financial informationIdentify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and processesWho you will work withYou’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams, developing the skills and experience required to progress towards a professional finance qualificationAbout YouStudying towards, or intending to begin studying towards, an ACCA or CIMA qualificationPrevious experience in retail would be desirableStrong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and pivot tables, with an interest in building financial modelsNumerate and analytical, with strong attention to detailAble to think logically and approach tasks in a structured wayCurious, proactive and eager to learnA clear communicator who is comfortable working with finance and non-finance colleaguesHighly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced and growing businessCharlotte Tilbury is a fast‑paced, dynamic and ever‑evolving environment where agility, ambition and a passion for excellence help our teams thrive.
