Warehouse Team Leader (Delivery Station Team Leader) Liverpool (L3) Start Date- Immediate Full Time – 40 Hours per Week £13.42 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment. Shift Pattern 5 out of 7 days- 06:00-15:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)Key Responsibilities Manage a team of warehouse operatives. Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved. Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy. Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve operational goals. Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse.What We're Looking For Essential: Previous team management experience within a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment, or logistics environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and flexible approach to work.Please note that this is a full time, temp-perm role (after 12 successful weeks).
