Head Chef / Kitchen Operator

Treveague Campsite is looking for an enthusiastic, food-focused professional to lead the next chapter of our popular campsite kitchen. We want someone passionate about fresh, high-quality cooking who can bring energy, consistency, and their own culinary identity to our guests. We are offering flexible arrangements for the right partner, ranging from an employed head chef role working with the site management, to an operating partnership or full kitchen takeover for an independent caterer/operator.

Proven experience in kitchen management, high-volume service, or independent catering.
Strong standards of food hygiene, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
A collaborative mindset and clear vision for casual, quality food.

A busy, established holiday destination with strong footfall and an engaged repeat customer base.
An operational kitchen equipped with existing supplier accounts and support systems.
Freedom to shape and expand the seasonal food offering (breakfasts, takeaways, evening specials).
A supportive, experienced site and kitchen team.
