About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, including children with additional needs. Your role may involve: Providing one-to-one or small group support Assisting children with a range of learning needs, including mild to moderate SEN Supporting communication, confidence, and social development Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentYou will work closely with class teachers and other staff to ensure all pupils feel supported, valued, and able to succeed.
