Senior Civil Structural Engineer 📍 Hampshire | Hybrid Working 💷 £40,000 – £60,000 About You * Experience within a consultancy environment is essential * Strong background in civil and/or structural design * Experience across multiple stages of design delivery * Confident producing calculations, reports and specifications * Working knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant standards * Able to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams * Experience using AutoCAD, Microstation and/or BIM * Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis The Role You’ll be joining a growing, design-led consultancy environment delivering infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a design-focused position, not site-based, giving you the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of engineering design. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering and reviewing civil and structural design solutions * Producing technical reports, specifications and calculations * Supporting project delivery across programme, cost and quality * Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders * Mentoring and supporting junior engineers * Contributing to high-quality, consistent technical delivery Location & Working * Hampshire-based office * On-site parking available * Close to rail and bus transport links * Hybrid working — flexibility required to support project delivery (no fixed office days) Salary & Benefits * £40,000 – £60,000 * Pension * Private medical insurance * Life insurance * Hybrid working * Clear progression opportunities
