Tutorial Team Leader Department: Land Based Industries Salary: £36,578 - £42,391 per annum Contract Type: Maternity Cover - Full time 37 hours per week Reference: REC2506 | Closing Date: Sunday 4th October The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tutorial Team Leader to cover a period of maternity leave, we are looking for someone who can lead and support our team of Personal Tutors and Tutorial Learning Mentors within the Land based Industries department. You will play a key role in driving student success through effective pastoral support, attendance monitoring, learner interventions, and the delivery of high-quality tutorial processes. About You You will have experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a strong understanding of tutorial and pastoral support systems. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you will be passionate about helping learners overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and progress successfully. Required * Level 4 qualification * Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) * Level 6 Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards * Experience of leading a team * Experience of working with young people in an educational setting * Experience of delivering and co- ordinating tutorial or pastoral care in an educational setting * Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders in an educational setting
