Director Head of Office

This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading an established Building Surveying consultancy office with responsibility for technical delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and regional business strategy. Responsibilities * Lead the Cardiff office, technical team, and operational planning * Deliver senior Building Surveying consultancy advice across commercial property * Manage fee performance, profitability, and business development * Develop client relationships and secure new regional instructions * Mentor technical staff and align services across Built Asset, Development, Engineering, and Sustainability teams Requirements * MRICS qualified * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification * Director-level Building Surveying consultancy experience * Proven commercial property technical delivery * Strong client development, fee management, and office leadership experience Salary & Package * £100,000–£120,000 salary * £7,700 car allowance * Bonus scheme * Flexible and hybrid working * Private healthcare, pension, life assurance, and additional employee benefits 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
