You’ll also play a key role in pre-sales engagements, shaping solutions, and influencing strategic decisions for our customers.At Computacenter, we invest heavily in continuous learning, professional development, and emerging technologies, ensuring you remain at the forefront of the modern workplace landscape.What you’ll doLead customer engagements, analysing requirements and recommending innovative Microsoft 365 solutionsAct as a Subject Matter Expert in pre-sales, supporting opportunity qualification and solution designDesign and deliver complex Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity solutions across enterprise environmentsPresent and validate solution approaches with senior customer stakeholdersGuide and mentor junior consultants and engineers across project engagementsWork collaboratively across teams to ensure successful delivery and transition into supportBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the businessStay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practicesWhat you’ll needExtensive experience across Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDriveStrong expertise in Microsoft Purview and information governance capabilitiesSolid experience with Identity Services including Active Directory, Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Identity GovernanceProven track record designing and delivering complex enterprise cloud solutionsExperience leading technical pre-sales engagements and solution designExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersAbility to lead and coordinate large virtual technical teamsRelevant technical certifications or equivalent industry experienceIf you’re passionate about modern workplace transformation and enterprise cloud collaboration, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
