Cleaning Supervisor – Evening Shift Wrexham, LL13 £14.00 per hour Days of work – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (Wednesday and Saturday off) We are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy distribution centre in Wrexham. This is a hands-on supervisory role, supporting and motivating the cleaning team while ensuring high standards are maintained across the site. Due to the nature of the environment, previous experience supervising cleaning teams within a busy commercial, industrial or distribution setting would be ideal. Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 1.00pm–9.00pm.   The role will involve: Supervising and supporting the cleaning operatives Allocating duties and ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standard Carrying out quality checks and addressing any issues Ensuring health and safety and COSHH procedures are followed Supporting with staff training and site inductions Completing basic reports and maintaining accurate records Liaising with site management regarding staffing and service requirements Providing hands-on cleaning support when required  The successful candidate will need: Previous cleaning supervisory or team-leading experience A good understanding of health and safety and COSHH Confidence managing and motivating a cleaning team Good communication and basic computer skills A reliable, organised and hands-on approach The ability to work in a busy distribution-centre environment This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking to join an established operation with consistent hours.   Apply today with an up-to-date CV, and a member of the PRS team will contact suitable applicants
