Residential Design Manager: Lead Buildable Design

Contract Scotland is seeking a Design Manager to join its growing technical team on residential developments across Scotland. The role suits an established Design Manager or an architect transitioning into design management.

You will coordinate design information with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams from pre-construction to project completion, ensure buildability and compliance, and drive value engineering and continuous improvement to meet programme targets.
