Team Leader Location: Birmingham Salary: £31,500 per annum Job title: Team Leader A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Birmingham. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the role To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of high quality, reliable support service tailored to the specific needs of each person entering our services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Supported Accommodation Standards. To lead and oversee the quality of the homes, ensuring records and practice effectively demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations particularly in relation to protection and support, ensuring compliance with GDPR. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.Please see the job description for more information.
