You will be responsible for developing and implementing the growth strategy, recruiting and mentoring talented lawyers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services to clients.This role will suit a Family Partner, Head of Department, Regional Director or Senior Family Solicitor.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and develop the Family teamRecruit, retain and mentor high-performing legal professionalsIdentify opportunities for expansion into new markets and locationsBuild and enhance the firm's reputation within the family law sectorEstablish and maintain relationships with key referrers and professional networksMonitor departmental performance, utilisation and profitabilityCollaborate with other departments to maximise cross-referral opportunitiesManage a privately funded family caseload and advise clients on divorce and separation, finances, cohabitation matters and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsAbout youQualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10+ years' PQE in Family LawProven track record of managing and developing successful legal teamsExperience in people management, coaching and mentoringStrong experience managing privately funded family law mattersExcellent technical expertise in divorce and finances.Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilityExperience delivering growth and achieving financial targetsOutstanding communication, leadership and relationship-building skillsAbility to inspire, motivate and develop othersMembership of Resolution and Family Law Accreditation an advantage but not essential.For more information please contact Kate Sinclair at Chadwick No0121 200 5578 dl07921 001235katesinclair@chadwicknott.co.uk*At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
