The Role
You will take responsibility for a class within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supported by an experienced parallel teacher and leadership team. The school offers a structured induction programme and excellent mentoring, providing the ideal environment to develop your classroom practice, confidence, and career progression.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be completing a PGCE or teacher training programme leading to QTS
Have a genuine passion for primary education
Be enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to learn
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Have high expectations for learning and behaviour
Be committed to creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment
