Resource Manager (3741) - Train Crew Depot - Brighton

GTR is looking to recruit a Resource Manager for our Brighton Depot

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can:-

Work confidently and accurately in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring sufficientTrainCrew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.

To work with a team of Resource Managers wherenecessaryto ensure that any shortfalls are avoided balancing resources through other provisions.

To ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual workundertakenduring shifts, including in times of disruption.

To work within a team of Resource Managers, managing the day-to-day operationsat relevant depots that will provide a safe,reliableand punctualtrainservice meeting customerexpectation.

Do you possess the following skills?

• Planning and organisation to demanding timescales
• High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
• Support and assist your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance
