Senior Tax Director: Global Strategy & M&A/TP

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Senior Tax Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the group’s tax affairs in Crawley, UK. The role includes managing UK corporate tax compliance, engaging with tax authorities, and supporting tax audits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate tax, preferably in a multinational environment, and will be professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CTA). This position requires leadership capabilities and strong technical knowledge in UK tax legislation.
