We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
- M&A experience in the order of 4–5 years PQE.
- Experience of working on transactions including private equity.
- A track record of working on buy-side and sell-side, as well as finance raising.
- Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on a well-developed understanding of financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Leading engagement processes from start to finish.
- Leading deal teams and supporting with local team management.
- Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
- Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMs, Teasers, Buyer Research packs, exit papers, Heads of Terms, etc.
- Researching, preparing and supporting presentations / sales pitches for new business.
- Relationship building with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates).
- Leading origination capabilities.
