Anderson Knight is partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Field Sales Representative covering Aberdeenshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional to join a market-leading business where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across your territory. Offering a high degree of autonomy, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results.
Candidates with experience in sales, account management, agriculture, farming, machinery, or related industries are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers across your territory.

Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive business development activity.
*
Build long-term customer relationships and provide expert advice on products and services.
*
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to negotiation, closing, and account management.
*
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
*
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
*
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About You
*
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
*
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
*
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
*
An interest or background in agriculture, farming, machinery, construction, or outdoor industries would be advantageous.
*
Full UK driving licence.
