Mechanical Project Manager Location: Central London (with flexibility) Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package About the Role An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team delivering high-profile commercial projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience to manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover on fast-paced and prestigious developments. Key Responsibilities * Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion * Oversee programme delivery, budgets, procurement and resource allocation * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification * Attend client, design and progress meetings * Review drawings, technical specifications and project documentation * Monitor project performance and report on progress, risks and costs * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Liaise closely with commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle * Support commissioning, snagging and final handover processes Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the construction or M&E sector * Experience delivering commercial projects in London * Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively * SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications preferred What’s on Offer * Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience * Opportunity to work on prestigious Central London projects * Career progression within a growing business * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Competitive benefits package
