Strategic Head of Estimating (Remote)

Mears Group is looking for a visionary Head of Estimating to lead our commercial estimating and tendering function at a strategic level. This senior role shapes pricing, bid strategy and mobilisation for major contracts across repairs, decarbonisation and housing services.

You will develop robust cost models, drive value engineering, and ensure governance, risk management and margin protection across the organisation.
