Finance Manager

Artemis Human Capital is recruiting a Finance & Client Accounting Manager to join a highly ambitious organisation. This is a varied position combining strategic finance responsibilities with hands-on leadership of a client accounting function.

You will play a key role in supporting business decision-making while ensuring a high standard of financial service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Finance & Strategy

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Liaise with external finance support and oversee financial processes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records

Client Accounting & Team Leadership

• Manage and develop a small client accounting team
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Maintain excellent service standards for clients
• Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows
• Support the team operationally during busy periods

Criteria:

• Experience in a finance or accounting role (management accounts, forecasting, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
• Systems/process improvement experience
