This is a varied, field-based role where you'll spend much of your time visiting supported housing schemes, carrying out inspections, monitoring compliance and working alongside our partners to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality housing services.

Partnership Officer

Location : Chippenham & Oxford

Salary : £27,000

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same for ou r Partnership Office rs. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of supported housing schemes across Chippenham and Oxford, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well managed.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Carrying out regular site visits, estate inspections and tenancy audits across supported housing schemes
  • Monitoring health and safety compliance, ensuring statutory checks are completed and following up on any actions identified
  • Reviewing Fire Risk Assessment actions and working with partners to make sure recommendations are completed within required timescales
  • Inspecting properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well maintained and ready to let
  • Building strong working relationships with local authorities, support providers, NHS teams, contractors and internal colleagues
  • Monitoring the performance of partner organisations and ensuring service level agreements are being delivered
  • Supporting partner agencies with tenancy management, rent accounts and Housing Benefit applications
  • Helping resolve anti-social behaviour issues by working collaboratively with specialist teams and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation is always up to date

What we're looking f or

We're looking for a Partnership Offic er who enjoys being out in the community, takes pride in getting the detail right and can confidently build relationships with a wide range of people.

You'll ideally have

  • Experience in housing management, neighbourhood management, property compliance or supported housing
  • Experience carrying out property inspections or monitoring compliance within housing or property services
  • An understanding of health and safety responsibilities and the importance of compliance within residential housing
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own diary across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skill
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • A full UK driving licence, as regular travel between schemes is essentia
