Mechanical Project Manager – Birmingham Role: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Birmingham (UK-Wide Projects) Contract Type: Permanent Sector: Mechanical Building Services / Commercial Construction Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE) Benefits: Company Vehicle or Car Allowance + Additional Package The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing mechanical building services contractor based in Birmingham. This is a hands-on project delivery role with additional involvement in estimating, project costing and pre-construction support. The successful candidate will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from initial tender and procurement stages through to installation, commissioning and final handover. Projects are delivered across the retail, leisure, healthcare, office and wider commercial sectors throughout the UK. This role would suit a mechanically biased Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and previous experience managing HVAC and mechanical installation packages, while also supporting pricing, variations and tender reviews.
