Interim FMCG Production Manager – Drinks (6-Month Contract)

NT Engineering & Manufacturing seeks an interim Production Manager for a fast-paced drinks manufacturing site in Central Scotland. You will lead daily operations, oversee 8 Team Leaders and ~35 colleagues, and report to the Operations Manager with senior visibility. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

In a period of peak demand, you will coach the team, ensure safety, quality and output standards, and help provide stability while longer-term structure is shaped.
