What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and lead on EL/PL large loss and catastrophic injury cases , working closely with Partners on strategy and execution
• Take ownership of high-value case elements including witness evidence, liability analysis and complex quantum
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal training, legal updates and knowledge sharing
• Drive client relationships through case clinics, training and responsive service aligned to SLAs

What You’ll Bring

• Strong EL/PL or large loss experience, ideally in a defendant setting (claimant experience also considered)
• Ability to handle complex litigation with commercial judgement and strategic focus
• Track record of supporting high-value personal injury litigation across indemnity, liability, or multi-track
• Strong written advocacy skills with a desire to take on more visible client and court-facing work
