About the role

We are looking to hire a registered Clinical Advisor (nurses, pharmacists, paramedics etc.) to provide expert clinical guidance to patients via our digital telehealth platform. You will have a high level of clinical ownership and accountability and will report to the Clinical Team Lead.This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced digital healthcare environment and manage high-volume virtual consultations across multiple treatment pathways in order to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care at scale. If you like delivering high-quality digital care while balancing clinical safety, efficiency, and patient experience, this role is for you!What you’ll be doingDeliver high-quality virtual consultations via live messaging and phone calls, providing evidence-based guidance for weight loss, hair loss, and erectile dysfunction treatmentsApply clinical expertise to ensure patient safety while efficiently managing a high volume of consultationsMaintain exceptional standards of patient care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targetsBalance efficiency with quality care across multiple patient interactions without compromising clinical standardsCommunicate with empathy to support patients through challenging treatment experiencesAdapt quickly to new systems, processes, and clinical protocols in a fast-paced digital environmentAble to work independently with strong self-management, prioritisation, and resilience in a demanding roleWhat we need from youCurrent registration as a healthcare professional (nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or related field)Minimum 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience.Experience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, or remote patient consultations.Experience performing patient assessments or triageStrong digital literacy and comfort with healthcare technology platformsProven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions whilst maintaining quality careKnowledge of weight management and/or men's health conditionsExperience with patient prioritisation and efficient workflow managementAvailability & Shift Requirements:Hours: Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week (ideally 37.5 hours / full time), on a permanent basis.Days:Must be available to work every Saturday, alongside other weekdays specified in your chosen pattern (excluding Thursdays).Flexibility: Flexibility to accommodate either an 8:00 AM start or a 10:00 PM finish on any/all of your scheduled working days.What we offerPrivate medical insuranceGym & wellness benefit with WellhubHybrid role based in London Bridge 2 or 3 days a weekLunch once a weekCycle to work schemeElectric car scheme25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policiesOur interview processInitial screening call with our Clinical RecruiterFirst interview with Clinical Team LeadCase StudyFinal stage with Head of Clinical Services
