Position: Fabricator Location: Pembroke Start Date: 31.08.26 Duration: 3 months Hours of Work: Approx 38-50hrs/week, Mon-Sun PAYE Pay Rates: 1st 38 hrs Mon-Fri: £17.64-£20.67/hr, including Holiday Pay (dependant on experience) Over 38 hrs Mon-Fri and Sat am: £23.61-£27.86/hr Sat pm and Sun All hours: £31.48-£36.90/hr The Role: Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Fabricators on behalf of our client, a leader in the marine engineering sector, for workshop positions in Pembroke. Duties will include: - Understand and interpret engineering drawings - Measure, cut, shape, and tack weld Steel / Aluminium steel components to create structural supports and frameworks - Assemble Steel/Aluminium parts using various tools and machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications - Use workshop machinery - Ensure work is to a standard to ensure quality end product. Requirements: -Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications / time served fabricator -Thorough, methodical and pro active -Able to work as a member of a team and under own initiative -Able to demonstrate an ability to visualise ideas from verbal/written instructions -Experience in a similar role -Understanding of common production practices relating to metal fabrication -The ability and desire to work to strict project deadlines is essential About Us: Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction and Maintenance sectors.
