Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours
Primary Industry: Health, Medical and related
Salary: £12.21 - £17.50 Per hour
Job Duties: 1. Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in need.
2. Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
3. Supporting individuals with daily activities and encouraging their independence.
4. Monitoring and recording individual progress and any changes in behaviour or health.
5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals.
Required Qualifications: - NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
Education: - Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
Experience: - Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
- Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues.
Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and compassion towards others.
Preferred Qualifications: - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- First Aid certification
- Driver Preferred
Working Conditions: - Part-Time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Interaction with individuals with challenging behaviours.
- Potential exposure to bodily fluids. xwzovoh
