Warehouse Supervisor The Company Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in manufacturing, production or warehouse operations? We're working with a leading supplier of specialist building materials and cladding solutions. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse, supporting production activities and leading a team to deliver high levels of service, safety and efficiency. This Warehouse Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and has experience operating beam saws, CNC machinery and counterbalance forklifts. Role and Responsibilities As a Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: Supervising warehouse operations and planning workload to ensure customer orders and deliveries are completed on time Leading Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Site Supervisors while promoting a safe and productive working environment Supporting the fabrication of customer orders, including the cutting and drilling of cladding panels using beam saw and CNC equipment Managing stock, goods-in activities, consumables and quarterly stock takes Coordinating logistics, monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate operational records and reporting  This Warehouse Supervisor position offers a combination of team leadership, warehouse management and hands-on production support. Key Requirements To be considered for this Warehouse Supervisor role, you will need: Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment Beam saw and CNC machine experience Counterbalance FLT experience and confidence operating a forklift truck (expired licences can be renewed)  What They Can Offer You As the new Warehouse Supervisor, you can expect: Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm 23 days holiday plus additional long-service entitlement Contributory pension scheme Life assurance Health cash plan and HSF medical support Retail discounts Long-term opportunity within a well-established business  This Warehouse Supervisor role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of warehouse operations while remaining involved in hands-on manufacturing and production activities.
