Night Shift Production Operative Long Buckby Salary: £15.75 per hour + £0.50 per hour attendance/performance bonus Shift Pattern Ideally Mon – Fri 6pm -6am or Sun – Thurs 6pm -6am. The client is happy to reduce the shift from 12 hours to 10 hrs per night for the right candidate! Job Type Permanent position with immediate start available The Opportunity My client is an exceptional family-run business operating within the Agriculture and Food Manufacturing sector. They are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual who will play a key role within the production process of a premium, high-quality product. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and, following training, will take ownership of managing the production process from start to finish with supervision.
