Workforce Resourcing is looking for Chef de Partie's / Sous Chef's to start within the Newport, Isle of Wight.

Job Role: Chef / CDP / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Head Chef / Lead Chef

• Pay: £15.00 PH - £20.00 PH (PAYE)

Shifts available:

07:00 - 15:00 - Monday to Friday

09:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday

10:00 - 18:30 - Monday to Friday

07:00 - 15:00 - Saturday & Sunday

10:00 - 18:30 - Saturday & Sunday

Overall, Purpose of the Role

• To prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment. To deputise for the Sous Chef in his/her absence.
• To supervise the preparation and cooking of sufficient food to provide the agreed amount of customer choice with minimum wastage
• To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
• To ensure food is prepared to the required standards, checking for taste, presentation, and quality
• To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently, to keep up when busy, and to ensure all food sent out is correctly garnished
