New Build Conveyancer – Wilmslow Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join a growing residential conveyancing practice based in Wilmslow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced new build fee earner looking for their next move, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, additional bonus potential and dedicated administrative support.

You will join a specialist residential property team handling new build conveyancing, with the support of a dedicated assistant to help you manage your workload effectively.

The Role The successful candidate will focus on new build conveyancing, bringing the experience and expertise required to manage matters within this specialist area of residential property.

This opportunity would suit an experienced fee earner who is confident in their ability and is looking to join a team where they have dedicated support.

Requirements To be considered for this New Build Conveyancer position, you should have:

• Previous experience as a new build conveyancing fee earner.
• A strong understanding of new build residential property transactions.
• The ability to manage your workload effectively and deliver a high standard of client service.

Salary and Benefits
