This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference within our communities by investigating and resolving ASB, supporting victims and working collaboratively with tenants, residents and partner agencies to deliver effective and sustainable solutions.This role will manage a challenging and complex caseload involving Council tenancies, delivering a high quality, proactive and effective ASB management service, responsible for taking prompt and proportionate action to investigate reports of ASB, assess risk and vulnerability, gather evidence and implement appropriate interventions to resolve cases successfully.Working closely with tenants, internal departments and external partner agencies, including Police and support services, you will build and maintain strong professional relationships to achieve positive outcomes, safeguard vulnerable individuals and improve the quality of life for our communities.
