About the role
.OverviewYou will join the Information Technology Department of Intesa Sanpaolo London Branch, supporting the daily operation of the local IT environment. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, maintaining workplace technology and IT equipment, supporting infrastructure components, and ensuring the timely resolution of hardware and software issues. You will also contribute to technical documentation and the smooth operation of business-critical IT services.What you’ll be doingKey responsabilities will be:Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issuesManage and support laptops, desktop devices, mobile phones and IT equipmentInstall, configure and maintain workstations, operating systems and standard software packagesMonitor and manage tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and escalationTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient mannerSupport printers, servers and related IT servicesMaintain meeting room and audio/video conferencing technologiesUpdate and mantein technical documentation and IT inventory recordsCoordinate with third-level support teams and external providers.Who we are looking forIf you want to take the next step in your career and progress your passion and you possess the following qualities, apply and join our team:2–3 years of experience in IT support are requiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplineMicrosoft technologies and Microsoft 365 applicationsWindows operating systems and Windows Hyper-VOffice 365 deployment and supportTicketing systemsAndroid and iOS device supportComputer hardware diagnostics and maintenanceInfrastructure support including printers and serversEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or aboveKnowledge of an additional European language is a plus.About usWe are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
