We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our highly successful team at the prestigious Haymarket Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our uniquely styled rooms.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Pay close attention to every detail, ensuring each room is perfectly presented.
Work closely with other team members to achieve a seamless guest experience.
Provide exceptional service, responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Manage your time effectively to complete tasks efficiently and meet the hotels standards.
What you Need:
Meticulous and thorough, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive team spirit.
Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Strong ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clear and friendly interactions with guests and team members.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
