Assist in the identification and resolution of discrepancies in financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Work closely with the finance team to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes. Provide insights and recommendations for improving reconciliation processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Profile A successful Recs Analyst should have: A strong background in accounting or finance.
