Brand Specialist – John Lewis Glasgow

As a Brand Specialist you will join the store team in a luxury retail environment, sharing the brand’s passion and ensuring exceptional customer service and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and apply link‑selling skills to drive sales.
• Build customer wardrobes, recommend additional products and achieve store KPI’s.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador, staying current on fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop‑floor maintenance, presentation and organization meet high standards.
• Show flexibility and innovation in response to changing business conditions, especially around peak trade.

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail with a track record of success.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to inspire trust and recognize the contributions of others.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to driving sales via digital platforms.
