Commercial law firm in Guildford is seeking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate of 6 or more years’ PQE.

You will work with the team on a full range of corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-out and venture capital transactions as well as providing on-going company law/corporate advice.

You will also be expected to assist with the team’s business development activities.
